Student Grievance Redressal Committee

 

The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) of St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad has been established with the aim to resolve student grievances and concerns with the highest standards of integrity, fairness and confidentiality.

  • To provide a fair and impartial platform for students to voice their complaints and seek resolutions.
  • To ensure a transparent and unbiased process for handling grievances.
  • To maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere on campus, where students feel safe and can focus on their studies and personal growth.

 

  • To review complaints received, interview related parties, gather evidence and get a comprehensive understanding of the issue
  • To resolve the grievance in line with college policies, rules and regulations.
  • To identify any shortcomings in existing policies and recommend improvements wherever necessary.
  • To ensure timely resolution of grievances upholding fairness and impartiality.

  • By submitting in-person the filled-out Student Grievance Redressal Form (SG 1) available on the ERP portal sfc.winnou.net

Note: The SGRC reserves the right to take disciplinary action if the complaint is found false or frivolous.
