Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

Upon completion of these courses the student would

  • PSO1. Post graduate students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of key concepts, basic assumptions and principles of applied psychology.
  • PSO2. Post graduate students will be able to analyze and illustrate the implication of the key theoretical frameworks and research evidence pertaining to the various branches of psychology.
  • PSO3. Post graduate students will be able to collect data using psychological experiments and assessments. They will also be able to identify and use appropriate statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data.
  • PSO4. Post graduate students will be able to design, execute and report research projects related to various psychological phenomenon.
  • PSO5. Post graduate students will be able to conduct need analysis; critically valuate case history and suggest probable diagnosis. They will also be able to design and execute psycho-educational modules to address psychological issues and enhance well-being.
  • PSO6. Post graduate students will be able to appraise the organizational climate and apply skills of counseling and behavior management to improve the organization at an individual, group and organizational levels.
