Faculty Development Cell

The Faculty development Cell at St. Francis College for Women strives to enhance the professional competencies of the faculty members (teaching & non teaching) through regular conduct of FDP, FEP, FIP & CBP. The cell works in collaboration with the IQAC of the college in facilitating career advancement through academic and leadership training.

Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) Cell

  • The Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) Cell of the institution serves as a vital internal mechanism for ensuring continuous quality improvement across all academic and administrative domains. The Cell is committed to maintaining and enhancing standards in alignment with the autonomy granted to the institution, national regulatory requirements and global best practices.
  • The AAA Cell functions under the guidance of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and works collaboratively with all departments and administrative units. Its primary role is to conduct periodic internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of academic programs, teaching-learning processes, governance structures and support systems.

To ensure and enhance academic and administrative excellence through a structured process of continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement aligned with institutional goals and national/international quality benchmarks.
