The Choir, known as The Nightingales, is a vibrant community that unites students across diverse courses through a shared passion for music. More than just a club, it is a family where voices blend in harmony, friendships are formed, and faith is celebrated. Over the past two decades, The Nightingales have consistently excelled in competitions, winning numerous awards while upholding the principle of placing God first in all our endeavours.

Report

The Nightingales Choir successfully hosted a vibrant Natale — the annual Christmas event — with participation from seven colleges in 2024. Representing our college at intercollegiate competitions across the city, the choir won First Prize at 6 venues, reflecting our dedication, teamwork, and commitment to musical excellence over the last 20 years.

The Nightingales actively participated in intercollegiate choir competitions at:

All Saints, Trimulgherry
Holy Family, Trimulgherry
St. Mary’s Basilica
St. Joseph’s, Ramkoti
St. Ann’s, Mehdipatnam
St. Mary’s, Yousufguda

We are delighted to share that our choir secured First Prize at all the above competitions — a testament to our commitment to musical excellence and the glory of God.
