The college office desk serves as the focal point of all the services in the campus, addressing a wide range of issues apart from providing relevant and accurate information about the functioning of the college. With a student friendly approach, the office staff strives to extend a student friendly support with regard to academic and administrative matters that assures a smooth and successful college experience.

  • Admission Support: From initial enquiries to final enrollment, the office staff provide prospective students with all the information about the admission procedure & requirements, selection of courses & programs, guidance regarding the tracking of admission process, document submission and the dates of the commencement of courses.
  • Scholarship Guidance: Regular updated information about the available scholarships, eligibility criteria, application process and deadlines, is provided to the students.
  • Academic and Course Information: Students can access information about the available/offered courses, credit requirements, registration process, timetable issues or any proposals of change in program or languages.
  • General Student Assistance: In addition to specific services, the office staff is equipped to address and handle a variety of student concerns, including issue of id cards, slots for parking vehicles, fee payment queries, policy clarifications, campus resources guidance and referral to appropriate departments and authority.

  • Information and Guidance: The counter provides comprehensive details about available undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), diploma, and certificate programmes—including eligibility criteria, course structure, fees, and important dates—helping students make informed decisions.
  • Application Processing and Documentation: The staff extend comprehensive assistance to applicants in completing application forms, verifying documents, and submitting the requisite certificates (such as mark sheets, transfer certificates, and community certificates), thereby ensuring full adherence to institutional and university regulations.
  • Real-Time Updates and Status Tracking: Applicants receive timely updates on admission lists, interview schedules, fee payment deadlines, and seat allotment through notice boards, digital displays, and direct communication thereby minimizing confusion and delays.
  • Coordination with Academic and Administrative Units: The counter works closely with department heads, the Principal's office, and the ERP team to resolve queries, facilitate special cases, and ensure seamless integration of new students into the college system.

Examination Branch - Front Office

The Front Office of the Examination Branch serves as the primary point of contact for all examination-related matters. Strategically located within the administrative wing, it provides a well-organized and welcoming environment, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance to students, parents, and staff under the guidance of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) and Additional CoE. The office is responsible for disseminating critical information regarding examination schedules, application procedures, and results. It also manages the receipt and verification of examination forms, handles student queries, coordinates with various departments for smooth conduct of exams, and maintains meticulous records to support transparency and accountability. Additionally, the Front Office facilitates communication between the Examination Branch and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to institutional and university regulations. The exam branch provides guidance on college examination regulations, procedures, and associated academic matters.

At the Examination Branch Front Office, students can:

  • Obtain information and updates on examination schedules, notifications, Declaration of Results and related announcements.
  • Collect mark memos and other relevant examination documents.
  • Enquire about revaluation and rechecking process of Exam scripts.
  • Seek clarification regarding examination results & procedures.

Principal secretary's office

The Principal secretary's office comes with a set of duties and responsibilities that facilitate the smooth conduct and functioning of the work of the Principal, apart from other essential jobs of the management. As a key administrative position, the role acts as a central node between the Principal and the rest of the institution, also coordinating with other administrative staff. A few of the areas taken care of by the PS (Designation Office Assistant) are

  • Scheduling meetings with supervision of the Principal
  • Type letters, memos, announcements, forms etc
  • Supervise students, parents & visitors as they wait for appointment.
  • Maintain filing documents.
  • Take & transmit messages.
  • Give information as requested.
  • Arranging for the official meetings (Academic Council, Governing Body, Management meeting).
  • Administrative support includes managing correspondence, scheduling & drafting documents and minutes for meetings, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Point of contact for the principal, staff, and visitors, handle phone calls, and may supervise student or clerical staff.
  • Assisting with event coordination, office supplies, and various clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the principal's office and the institution.
  • Collecting and uploading data for NIRF, India today ranking, autonomy, NAAC.
  • Guiding students, parents & visitors in meeting correct people.
