Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the research presented at the conference.

1. Initial Screening

All submissions will first be checked by the Editorial Committee for scope, formatting, and plagiarism. Papers that do not meet the conference guidelines or exceed acceptable similarity limits will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.

2. Review Process

The conference will follow a double-blind peer review process. The identities of both authors and reviewers will remain confidential throughout the review process.

3. Number of Reviewers

Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant subject area.

4. Evaluation Criteria

The reviewers will assess submissions based on:

  • Originality and novelty
  • Scientific / technical quality
  • Relevance to conference theme
  • Methodology and analysis
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Significance of results

5. Plagiarism Policy

All papers will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with similarity above the acceptable limit (less than 10% and AI similarity 0%, excluding references) will be rejected or returned for revision.

6. Final Decision

Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editorial Committee will make one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Accept with minor revisions
  • Accept with major revisions
  • Reject

7. Revision Process

Authors must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the specified deadline.

8. Publication Ethics

The conference follows standard publication ethics. Authors must ensure originality, proper citation, and compliance with ethical research practices.
