Health and well-being are integral aspects of an individual’s overall development and productivity. In today’s fast-paced world, where lifestyle-related diseases, stress, and mental health challenges are on the rise, the importance of preventive healthcare and health awareness cannot be overstated. Educational institutions, as centres of learning and social transformation, play a significant role in nurturing not only intellectual growth but also the physical and emotional well-being of their students and staff. Recognizing this vital responsibility, St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad, has consistently endeavored to create a campus environment that values holistic development. As part of these efforts, the college entered into a strategic partnership with Sunshine Hospitals through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 24th March 2022. The collaboration aims to promote health education, preventive healthcare, and wellness initiatives within the college community.
